SHOP QUESTIONS: How do I find the correct drill bit width (in inches) to drill the hole for my metrically sized rod?

It's easy to convert from inches to centimeters or vice versa with the World Wide Web.  

1 - Just open your favorite browser (FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and in the search field enter convert inches to centimeters or go to this link: http://www.manuelsweb.com/in_cm.htm

2 - Then enter the width of the drill bit in the enter length area

3 - Click the convert to centimeters button 

Just remember to use a slightly smaller drill bit diameter than the diameter of your carbon fiber rod
