Dynam Supermate DC6 Double Power AC/DC Balance Charger/Discharger. This charger plugs into 110v AC outlet using the supplied plug (the "adapter" part is built into the charger).  There's also a plug on the side that allows the charger to be powered from a 12VDC source, such as your car battery or cigarette lighter.
